For me the difficulty wasn't finding a moon, it was finding a moon with a system station where rent was less than a mill per month for an office. There are some to be had in Lonetrek though if you are looking near Jita.

Worth noting that corp C will not have an aggression timer, and can therefore jump / dock as soon as you engage them if the fight is taking place at a station / gate, so while you can shoot them it can be a nightmare actually taking neutral RR down.
